The School Nurse manages health services for assessment, evaluation and improvement of health for students.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Administer basic health care and first aid
* Provide direct services to students using current medical practice
*Responsible for care given to students in compliance with school district policies, professional standards, of practices, physician's orders, local town nurse and the Massachusetts Dept. of Health
*Advice and collaborate with school personnel on specific student health issues that may impact student learning
