Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with light duties such as:
- Passing water to residents
- Making beds
- Answering call bells and assisting with resident needs
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents, families, and staff
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass background check and required health screenings
