- Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in State of New York or pending Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living of residents
- Desire to serve as a visible and productive member of the Eastside “family” including providing excellent customer service and care to the Eastside residents, their families, guests & visitors
- Ability to observe, monitor, document, and report to supervisor LPN/RN any change in resident status
