Bartholomew Estate Winery is currently seeking exceptional part-time candidates to join our Hospitality Team. In April of 2019, Bartholomew Estate Winery opened its doors, a brand-new winery, featuring a historic mission-style winery building, 22 acres of estate vineyards, and a mesmerizing outdoor tasting space on a timeless Oak Knoll. Our mission is to create an inviting place of serenity and restoration, where guests can connect with one another, while sipping great wines from iconic vineyards, and soaking in the natural beauty that surrounds them.

Bartholomew Estate offers unique tasting experiences on our beautiful Oak Knoll, Courtyard Patio and in our Art Gallery. Join us as we share the beauty of our amazing estate and beautiful, esteemed wines.

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment in the beautiful outdoors. We are looking for hospitality associates to help us share the incredible story of our historic Estate while also creating memorable experiences for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 to apply
• 2 years of hospitality with a proven sales track record with customer service
• Naturally engaging with guests
• Passion for wine, winemaking, and grape growing
• Strong service and hospitality skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow, time management
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in an on-line environment (when necessary)
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to maintain a positive "can do" attitude
• Relevant wine industry or direct sales management experience
• Superior phone skills
• Team player
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Weekend Availability REQUIRED

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
