The Opportunity
Creator-led content and affiliate distribution are core to how Barsys acquires customers and builds cultural relevance. We're looking for a deeply connected, data-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our creator ecosystem — from micro-influencers on TikTok to liquor brand ambassadors and high-volume affiliate partners. This role operates at the intersection of community, content, and measurable revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own the Barsys creator program end-to-end: identify, recruit, contract, brief, and manage influencer and affiliate relationships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build and manage the Barsys affiliate network — including tracking infrastructure (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, or similar), commission structures, and partner performance dashboards.
- Develop tiered creator strategies: nano/micro-influencers for volume and authenticity, mid-tier for reach, and aspirational talent for brand elevation.
- Partner closely with the ecommerce team to drive TikTok Shop creator integrations, shoppable content, and live commerce activations.
- Establish KPIs and attribution frameworks to measure true influencer impact: EMV, cost-per-acquisition, affiliate-driven revenue, and content engagement.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and rates — ensuring cost efficiency and brand-safe, authentic content.
- Collaborate with the beverage brand partnerships team to develop co-branded creator activations with liquor brands, bars, and hospitality partners.
- Build and maintain a content pipeline of creator-generated cocktail content that feeds into the Barsys app, social channels, and retail listings.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, creator trends, and emerging commerce formats — especially on TikTok and Instagram.
What We're Looking For
- 5–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing — ideally at a consumer brand or agency working with consumer brands.
- Proven track record of building and managing influencer programs that drove measurable business outcomes (sales, CAC reduction, brand reach).
- Strong network of creator relationships, particularly in food & beverage, lifestyle, home, or entertainment verticals.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or similar) and creator CRM tools.
- Comfortable with performance data — you know how to calculate cost-per-acquisition, attribute revenue across touchpoints, and optimize budgets accordingly.
- Excellent relationship manager — you can manage dozens of creator relationships with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- Creative eye for content — you know what performs, what's on-brand, and what will make someone stop scrolling.
Nice to Have
- TikTok Shop creator / affiliate experience (this is a big plus).
- Background in the spirits, cocktails, food & beverage, or premium lifestyle space.
- Experience with ambassador programs or long-term creator residency models.
- Comfort with content strategy and brief writing, not just logistics management.
