Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment journey—from understanding their insurance and care to confidently moving forward with treatment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-driven, and confident in presenting treatment plans accurately and compassionately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience from start to finish
- Review and present treatment plans clearly, helping patients understand their options and next steps
- Accurately prepare patient charts, including insurance coverage and estimated patient costs
- Ensure treatment plans are complete, accurate, and ready for presentation
- Coordinate with the clinical team to support seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Previous dental experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
