Position Overview

The Barsh Admin will provide administrative and clerical support to various departments, assisting with office coordination, documentation, scheduling, and internal communications. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Order and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
