Barron is expanding, and we’re looking for a Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
Position Overview:
The Warehouse & Operations Associate is responsible for supporting a wide range of warehouse and logistics tasks, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, delivery of materials to customer sites, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship caster orders via parcel and LTL services
- Maintain orderly storage of pallets and boxes in warehouse racking
- Receive incoming stock and notify appropriate personnel
- Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts
- Drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites
- Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the building exterior and property
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not include supervisory duties.
Physical Demands
- Lift up to 60–70 lbs. independently; assist with heavier loads as required
- Sit, stand, and move for extended periods during a standard 8-hour workday
- Frequent use of hand-operate power tools and equipment
- Occasionally use a desktop computer with keyboard and mouse
- Reach overhead storage areas
- Climb stairs to access the employee lounge and conference room
Cognitive Requirements
- Problem-solving: Address equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
- Time management: Work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Technical knowledge: Operate warehouse-specific software
- Multitasking: Planning and managing multiple tasks at once
- Situational awareness: Stay alert to hazards from machinery and other workers

Work Environment
- Warehouse setting: heated in winter; ventilated with fans and air circulation equipment in summer
- Variable sound levels: hearing protection may be required at times
- Occasional visits to customer sites to assist the service team or deliver job materials
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm
- Fridays 7:30am to 4:00pm
