We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Clerk to join our team on-site. This position offers excellent scheduling flexibility for individuals who want to manage their own hours while maintaining a full-time workload. You will play a vital role in our daily operations by handling high-volume data entry, preparing precise court documents, and ensuring our databases remain clean, accurate, and secure.

Primary Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Input, update, and verify alphanumeric data across internal software systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, assemble, and prepare various legal filings, court documents, and professional forms according to specific guidelines.
- Database Maintenance: Perform regular audits of digital records, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and run routine checks to maintain database integrity.
- Filing & Organization: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring sensitive documentation is securely archived and easily retrievable.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive legal case records and personal information with total discretion and privacy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong typing skills (accuracy is highly prioritized over raw speed).
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) and comfortable adapting to database management software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under a flexible schedule framework.
Work Environment & Schedule
- In-Office Opportunity: This is a 100% on-site, in-office position. Remote or hybrid options are not available.
- Flexible Hours: While this is a full-time role (35-40 hours per week), we offer flexible start and end times to accommodate your personal commitments, subject to management approval.
