Technician supports the Wardrobe Supervisor in the daily care and
maintenance of costumes. This role is primarily focused on the physical
execution of show tracks, including assisting actors with changes and
Performing Laundry Duties. REQUIREMENTS - Facilitate Quick Changes And
assist actors in getting into costumes during rehearsals and shows. -
Execute daily maintenance tasks, including laundry, ironing, steaming,
and shoe polishing. - Preset costumes onstage and backstage and return
them to dressing rooms post-show. - Perform basic sewing repairs and
maintenance on show-rigged garments. - Assist in the load-in and strike
of costumes for each production. - Other duties as assigned by
Production Management. QUALIFICATIONS - Prior Backstage Wardrobe
experience in a professional theater environment. - Basic sewing skills
for repairs and quick-change rigging. - Ability to stand for long
periods and remain calm in high-stress situations. - Must be comfortable
working with students and volunteers. \*This job description is not
