Shop Assistant serves as the primary administrative support for the
department, handling ledger tracking, internal/external rental
Inquiries, And Stock Database Management. REQUIREMENTS - Provide
accurate ledger tracking and accounting for shop expenditures. - Manage
BSC\'s costume rentals for internal departments (Education/Archives) and
external theaters. - Maintain and update the Costume Stock Database and
physical inventory. - Assist management with pulling from stock,
researching availability, and local shopping. - Handle the return of
unused garments and restocking of costume storage. - Other duties as
Assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - Proficiency In Accounting/ledger Tracking And
Google Suite. - Strong organizational skills and knowledge of
clothing/fabric vendors. - Valid driver\'s license and/or reliable
transportation required. - Must be comfortable working with students and
volunteers. - Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. \*This job description is
