This Administrative role needs someone with at least 3 years of Administrative exprerience working in an office, not remotely. Co is looking for recent Administrative experience with multi-tasking in a small team environment. A successful candidate needs to have worked in each of their previous jobs for at least 2 years.
Engaging telephone demeanor with a "can-do" attitude. Pitch-in work style, highly detailed-oriented with a high-level of accuracy and accountability.
A significant amount of your day will be handling spreadsheet input, document processing, and phone calls, and emails. Compose email replies and research reponses in a professional tone/manner.
Administrative assignnment has the potential to become temporary-to-hire for the right person.

Company prefers experience using "task function" in Outlook. Basic proficiency in Excel for spreadsheet input is needed. Some research for other businesses and various administrative duties to support the staff. After being hired as a regular employee, you may be visiting local clients on occasion. A car and clean driving record is necessary.
$22-23/hr. 8:30-5pm, M-F. Benefits offered if you are hired as a regular employee.
