Rehab Patient Services & Rehab Tech - Hybrid

Home Location: Palatine

Scheduled Hours: Full-time 36 hours per week

Monday - Friday: Hours will range from 7:00am - 7:00pm

Rehab Patient Services: 50%

Duties:

• Check patients in/out
• Rooming
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Scan documents
• Collecting co-pays and remainder balances on accounts
• Verifying insurances
• Scheduled Hours

Rehab Tech: 50%

Duties:

• Patient care
• Escorting patients back to treatment area; apply modalities and exercises under the direct supervision of a clinician
• Clean treatment tables, and be responsible to keep treatment areas clean and free from obstacles.
• The technician may also perform weekly/monthly safety inspections, assist in the ordering of supplies
• Front office responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Customer Service
• Strong Computer background
• Electronic Medical Records (EHR)

Pay Range: $15.50 - $17.00 depending on experience
