What You’ll Be Leading

In this high-level role, you’ll be responsible for driving the company’s product strategy, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring the alignment of hardware and software teams. Your work will directly influence the success of the company’s product ecosystem, helping turn cutting-edge technology into solutions that customers love and rely on.

Key Areas of Focus:

Product Development & Roadmap Management

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated product roadmap, balancing hardware and software development timelines. You’ll drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working toward common goals.

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Shape the long-term product vision and strategy to maintain the company’s leadership in the industry. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product goals and milestones.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and software teams to ensure seamless execution. Lead by example, building high-performing teams and creating a culture of transparency, innovation, and operational excellence.

Customer Focus:

• Translate technical advancements into clear customer value propositions. Lead the effort to ensure that the company’s products not only meet technical specifications but also provide significant value to end-users.

Who You Are!

You are an experienced product leader with a strong technical background, particularly in hardware and complex systems. With over 15 years of experience in product management, you are comfortable leading cross-functional teams and executing product strategies at scale. You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and are passionate about transforming cutting-edge technology into impactful, customer-focused products.

Key Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in launching and scaling complex hardware/software products.
• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence key stakeholders.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience in advanced computing, scientific instrumentation, or semiconductor industries.
• Familiarity with cryogenics, vacuum systems, or RF/microwave engineering.
• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical or scientific field.
• Previous experience in a venture-backed startup.
