I'm currently working with a high-growth global life sciences consulting firm outperforming competitors and expanding across key commercialization capabilities, including Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, RWE, Medical Communications, and Patient Services.
This client is looking for a Senior Leader for their Market Access function to join their team in early 2026. The role sits on their strategic advisory arm ($26M in forecasted revenue, 6 Partners, and 25 Market Access professionals delivering large-scale, multi-year commercialization engagements) and will be a great opportunity to join an amazing team.
This is a seller-doer leadership role combining strategic client advisory, hands-on delivery, and team building. You will advise clients on complex Market Access and commercialization challenges, lead product launches, and grow long-term client partnerships, while remaining directly involved in the work.
Responsibilities
- Strategically advise clients on Market Access and commercialization
- Lead large-scale, multi-year product launch and commercialization initiatives
- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams
- Develop and expand client relationships and revenue
- Remain hands-on in project execution (not purely BD)
Ideal Candidate
- Proven seller-doer with a history of winning new accounts
- Track record of generating $2–3M in annual revenue
- Deep experience in Market Access and life sciences commercialization
- Strong people leadership and growth mindset
