Sales Development Representative

This is an office-based position in our Downtown Raleigh location.

Applicants must be within a commutable distance of Downtown Raleigh or planning to relocate in order to be considered.

This role is slated to interview immediately and start in Mid-April 2026

Who you'll work with:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in a vertical market within the recession-resistant Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotech industries, working alongside expert recruiters and hands-on executive leadership to grow new business and successfully place candidates in senior-level roles. You will receive tailored sales and recruitment training that best matches your learning style and helps you take your sales career to the next level.

What your role will look like:

• Manage your own desk and recruit direct hire candidates for our clients.
• Build and maintain a deep network of candidates and clients.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience
• Establish an extensive pipeline of both active and passive candidates
• Hands-on management of multiple recruitment processes end-to-end
• Develop relationships with key business leaders and become a subject matter expert
