Marketing Manager / Associate Director, Biologics CDMO
I'm currently supporting a fast-growing Biologics CDMO looking for a Marketing Manager or Associate Director to join their team. This role will have significant visibility and global impact, with future leadership potential.
Job Responsibilities
- Refine and "polish" corporate slide decks, technical presentations, and marketing literature to a world-class standard.
- Manage website updates and digital presence (including content creation, video/image editing, and graphic design)
- Plan and execute U.S. and international conference marketing (booth design, collateral, social campaigns, lead management)
- Act as the primary US marketing liaison to international team, navigating cultural and language nuances to ensure brand alignment
- Execute email marketing campaigns, design sales templates
- Conduct market intelligence/competitor analysis to drive business growth.
- Organize and manage technical webinars on third-party platforms and industry conferences.
- Opportunity to build and lead a marketing team within 2β3 years
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of U.S. marketing experience within a CDMO (biologics preferred; CGT and small molecules considered)
- Proficiency with AI tools to optimize marketing workflows.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiar with conferences for biologics (US and international) and the logistics that go with it
- Comfortable working in an inter-cultural environment
- Ability to work on-site
