My client is an innovative MedTech developing biomedical technologies for respiratory care. Due to continued growth across the US market, they are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their collaborative multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Safety and well-being of all personnel and compliance with all regulations.
- Actively supporting production output, working on the line regularly.
- Conducting regular safety audits and assessments.
- Driving employee development with coaching, performance evaluations and training plans.
- Ensuring product quality is maintained.
- Leading root-cause investigations for defects and downtimes.
- Sorting schedules and making sure production goals are met.
- Manufacturing costs.
Qualifications:
- B.S, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business or related disciplines.
- Experience in supervisory capacity or internship role.
- Efficient problem solving.
