Accountant
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist our clients with accounting/bookkeeping & income tax preparation. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented self-starter that has excellent communication and follow-up skills. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities may include:
- Monthly accounting and bookkeeping for small business clients using Quickbooks Online.
- Maintain relationships with clients and taking action to resolve outstanding issues.
- Assist clients with payroll processing.
- Preparation of individual and business income tax returns.
- Review income tax returns prepared by interns.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a CPA firm (preferred)
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks & Tax prep
