Admission and Digital Engagement Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Enrollment Management

Admissions & Family Experience
- Serve as a primary contact for prospective families, ensuring timely, thoughtful communication.
- Manage application workflows, enrollment systems, and family communications.
- Support enrollment and re-enrollment processes with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; people skills are essential for success in this role.
- Maintain organized records and streamlined communication systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist in the planning and execution of admissions events, including open houses, fairs, and info sessions.
- Coordinate the Student Ambassador Program to support authentic storytelling.
- Partner with Communications to ensure admissions messaging reflects Barrie’s brand and mission.
- Support social media and digital engagement strategies.
- Manage admissions data and systems with precision.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the family experience.
- Coordinate admissions-related logistics and internal workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in communications, marketing, or education.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, events, or administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; Blackbaud a plus.
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends and support campus events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
