This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will manage the entire mortgage loan process, from client consultation to loan submission and closing. Responsibilities include evaluating applicants' financial profiles to recommend appropriate loan products, facilitating loan approvals, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and fostering trust and satisfaction throughout the loan process.

• Experience in Mortgage Industry, including knowledge of Mortgage Lending and familiarity with Underwriting processes
• Proven track record as a Loan Officer or related financial services role
• Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills with a focus on providing tailored financial advice
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in mortgage lending
• Proficiency in industry-related software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Licensing as required by applicable state laws (NMLS registration)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
