We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Mortgage Loan Officer for a full-time, remote position. The role involves building client relationships, assessing loan applications, guiding clients through the mortgage lending process, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will engage in generating leads, advising customers on loan options, working closely with underwriters, and ensuring timely loan closures. Additionally, this role demands a strong focus on customer service and assisting clients in achieving their homeownership goals.

• Proficiency in mortgage lending and expertise in loan officer responsibilities
• Understanding of the mortgage industry and familiarity with underwriting processes
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting targets
• Experience with loan origination software and relevant compliance standards is preferred
• State licensing or certification as a Mortgage Loan Officer, as required by applicable regulations
• Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
