The Onboarding Associate is an important part of our team and helps create a positive experience for every new employee who joins Barrett. This is an entry level role with a strong focus on data entry and accuracy. You will support new hires through the onboarding process, coordinate required documentation, and help ensure smooth transitions for employees leaving the company. Your attention to detail keeps our internal processes running smoothly and helps new team members start strong.

What You’ll Do
- Review final onboarding documents for completeness and accuracy
- Contact new hires to follow up on pending onboarding items
- Process daily onboarding for all approved loan officers
- Handle offboarding tasks for terminated employees and ensure all steps are completed correctly
- Set up new hires on facial recognition systems and other required tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every new employee is equipped and supported from day one
- Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding logs and tracking systems
- Provide friendly, timely communication to new hires and internal partners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
