Position Overview:
As a Sanitation Tech, you will play a vital role in delivering, cleaning, and maintaining portable restrooms for our customers. In this hands-on role, you will also be responsible for stocking inventory and ensuring the truck is ready for daily operations. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Pickup: Safely drive and operate company trucks to transport portable restrooms to various job sites, including construction zones, events, and festivals. Timely pick-up and drop-off according to the schedule.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and servicing of portable restrooms, ensuring they are sanitized and well-stocked with necessary supplies like toilet paper, hand sanitizers, and waste disposal.
• Truck Operation: Operate trucks safely to drop off and pick up portable restrooms in various environments. Perform routine maintenance and ensure trucks are always clean and in good working condition.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory of cleaning supplies, restocking materials, and portable restroom units. Notify management of any low stock or needed supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers at delivery and pick-up sites, providing friendly, professional service. Address customer needs or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols while driving and operating company vehicles, including proper lifting techniques, vehicle maintenance, and safe handling of sanitation equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, services, truck maintenance, and inventory levels. Ensure all paperwork is up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with 3 years clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a large flatbed truck, including backing up and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Strong physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, including cleaning and restocking portable restrooms.
• Previous experience in a delivery, service, or truck driving role is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
• Must be reliable and able to work in varying weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19.00/hr with opportunities for overtime.
• Paid Sick Time after 90 days
