What You'll Do

Strategic Financial Leadershi

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will

• Develop and execute the Company's long-term financial strategy
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to guide business decisions
• Lead financial planning that supports sustainable growth and operational excellence
• Provide meaningful financial insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and cash flow
• Present financial results, trends, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and ownership

.Financial Operations & Accounting Excellence

You'll oversee all financial operations, including

• Corporate accounting and financial reportin
• General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and fixed asset
• Month-end and year-end clos
• GAAP compliance and internal control
• Annual audits, tax planning, and regulatory reportin
• Continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting processe

Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Analysis

You'll lead the organization's financial planning process by

• Developing annual operating budgets and long-range forecast
• Creating financial models that support strategic initiative
• Monitoring departmental performance against budget
• Identifying trends, opportunities, and operational improvement
• Delivering meaningful KPIs and executive dashboard

Cash Management & Capital Strategy

• Manage company cash flow and liquidit
• Build and maintain strong banking relationship
• Evaluate financing options and capital investment opportunitie
• Monitor debt compliance and financial covenant
• Optimize working capital and financial resource

Strategic Growth & Business Development

Your expertise will help shape the company's future by

• Evaluating acquisitions and expansion opportunitie
• Analyzing profitability by division, customer, project, and service lin
• Supporting operational leaders with financial insight
• Helping identify opportunities to improve margins and business performanc

Risk Management & Corporate Governance

• Oversee insurance programs and corporate risk managemen
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulation
• Develop policies that safeguard company asset
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governanc

What We're Looking F

orWe're seeking an executive who combines strategic thinking with operational excellenc

Qualificationa

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field requir
• MBA preferr
• CPA strongly preferr
• 10 years of progressive financial leadership experien
• 5 years serving as a senior finance executive or C
• Experience in construction, environmental services, manufacturing, industrial services, transportation, engineering, or other project-based industries is highly desirab
• Demonstrated success leading financial strategy during periods of grow
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to improve business performan
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skil
