Responsibilities
- Execute brewhouse operations including milling, hop additions, and wort production
- Perform CIP/CUP and sanitation of fermenters, brite tanks, and transfer lines
- Manage yeast handling, pitching, cell counts, dry hopping, and gravity readings
- Operate filtration systems and support pilot brewing
- Monitor turbidity, CO₂, and O₂ levels to meet product specifications
- Maintain accurate production documentation and logs
- Support packaging and cross-functional production teams
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces
- 2 years brewing or beverage manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of fermentation, sanitation, and filtration processes
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work varied shifts in a production environment
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work around moving machinery
- Stand for extended periods
- Comfortable in temperature-variable brewery environments
