- Be the face of hospitality for Barrel & Boar BBQ Factory.
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Help create the kind of atmosphere where people want to gather, celebrate, and enjoy great barbecue.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Train staff on hospitality, service standards, and company culture.
- Coach and motivate employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, teamfirst environment.
- Manage catering inquiries, bookings, and client communication.
- Coordinate catering events from planning through execution.
- Build relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners.
- Help identify new opportunities to grow catering sales.
- Manage and contribute to our social media presence.
- Capture and share content featuring our food, events, team, and guests.
- Promote specials, catering services, and community involvement.
- Respond to online reviews and guest feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Support food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help create systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Assist ownership with operational projects and daily priorities.
- Hospitality, restaurant, catering, or customer service leadership experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for taking care of people.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with social media and basic technology.
