This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is comfortable with early morning shifts.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of smoked food products and catering items
- Portion and package food according to production standards
- Prepare catering trays and bulk food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Requirements:
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 3040 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
