THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Sales & Client Relations Lead provides an elevated focus on client experience, conversion, sales journey and models such for other staff. The Sales & Client Relations Lead will assist the Studio Manager in day-to-day tasks that meet the guidelines set forth in the Policy and Procedure Manual for studio maintenance and operations. This is a part-time role that will report directly to the Studio Manager and Portland Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates enlightened hospitality to all visitors and members, with a heightened focus on products and services that best fit clients needs
- Daily attention to studio sales KPI's including revenue, attendance conversion
- High level focus on sales by selling and upselling product offerings, classes, and retail to potential clients and existing members
- Completes the above duties and responsibilities with a strong client focused presence during shifts.
- Builds strong client relations with barre3 clients by creating a warm and supportive environment
- Ensure that all new clients are guided though a successful and thorough new client journey, including pre/post class outreach, in studio tour and having booked their follow up visits on the current new client intro offer
- Utilize the barre3 sale process to identify sales and non-sales opportunities for each class and educate the instructor on the client roster via the huddle
- Upsell and convert new and current clients to auto-renew/membership by utilizing the barre3 sales process assigned follow up
- Assists Studio Manager in new and winback client follow up via Xplore Growth, email, personalized outreach, client referrals etc
- Works together as a team with Studio Manager, Mentor, and PDX team to ensure that the day to day operations run smoothly
- Supports Operations Staff training of new team members on an as-needed basis
- Supports planning and works both onsite and offsite events geared towards new client acquisition and brand awareness
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and organized studio atmosphere at all times.
- Works peak shifts as designated by Studio Manager to engage with new/newish clients
- Works a minimum of 15 hours per week, including regular evening and weekend shifts as needed, based on new client trends and studio needs, as determined by the Studio Manager
