We are is building our team and partnering with Quantum Fiber to bring high-speed, reliable fiber internet to more communities across Vancouver. We’re hiring an ambitious and motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals eager to grow their career in sales, customer service, and account management within the fast-paced telecommunications industry.
As a Quantum Fiber Sales Associate, you’ll connect directly with customers to explain service options, assist with enrollments, and represent one of the most trusted names in fiber internet and wireless connectivity. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and telecom business development while working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment that rewards effort and performance.
Responsibilities of a Quantum Fiber Sales Associate:
- Engage directly with customers to explain Quantum Fiber internet and wireless service options.
- Assist customers through the enrollment, activation, and installation process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Represent Quantum Fiber with integrity while promoting products that improve connectivity and quality of life.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying needs and recommending the most suitable fiber packages.
- Manage customer accounts, record updates, and track sales activity through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with management and peers to achieve sales goals and performance benchmarks.
- Stay informed on Quantum Fiber promotions, pricing updates, and product enhancements.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and contribute to brand loyalty.
