The Opportunity
Baron Law Group is a fast-growing California family law firm with a $2.5M revenue base, 300 inbound leads per month, and a clear path to $5M. We have the clients, the brand, and the infrastructure. What we're building now is the leadership team to scale it.
We're looking for a Managing Partner, a senior family law attorney who wants more than a caseload. Someone who wants to help run a firm, lead attorneys, and share in the upside of what we're building.
What You'll Own
As Managing Partner, you'll carry your own book of complex family law matters while playing an active role in the firm's operations and attorney team. This is not a pure management role, you'll stay in the work. But you'll also have a seat at the table on hiring decisions, team performance, client relationships, and firm strategy.
Day to day, that means:
- Managing and mentoring a team of associate attorneys
- Handling high-value settlements, custody disputes, and complex dissolution matters
- Maintaining your own billable targets while supporting the team in hitting theirs
- Partnering with firm leadership on growth, capacity planning, and culture
Who You Are
- Licensed to practice in California with 5-7 years of family law experience
- A self-starter, you don't need to be managed, you need to be resourced
- Comfortable with accountability: scorecards, billable targets, and weekly metrics are part of how we run
- Someone who's led or mentored other attorneys and wants to do more of it
- Client-facing and confident, you can hold a room in a settlement negotiation
- Remote or hybrid , you live in California or hold a CA bar license and can serve CA clients
Compensation
- Base: $220,000- 300,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus tied to firm and attorney performance
