Litigation Partner and Chair needed to lead 3-person litigation department for Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron, Shea & Robinson, PLLC, a Bradenton, Florida law firm. 15 years of civil litigation experience preferred. Organizational and management abilities required. Background in real estate and quiet title, probate and trust, commercial business, and construction litigation preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and sick time and holidays.
