Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Bradenton, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will support the attorney by preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, reviewing documents, and drafting pleadings and motions as part of the firm's litigation and dispute resolution efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in case preparation and maintaining accurate case records, working collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Experience in conducting Legal Research and organizing findings
- Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and clients
- Knowledge of Florida court procedures and litigation processes is a plus
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
- Paralegal certification is a strong advantage
