Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Inside Sales Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Powhatan, VA, with some remote flexibility.
This position is designed for a producer who wants to grow. The role includes handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, building client relationships, generating new business, and providing tailored insurance solutions for both personal and commercial clients.

Qualifications- Active Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses required
- Experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
