Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (All FOH Roles May Include):
~Deliver exceptional, genuine hospitality to every guest
~Build menu and beverage knowledge to confidently guide guest experiences
~Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow
~Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
~Uphold Barley Creek service standards of speed, accuracy, and excellence
~Contribute positively to team culture and guest satisfaction
Specific Role Highlights
Servers/Bartenders:
~Provide personalized service, upsell menu features, craft cocktails, and build guest relationships
~Responsible for accurate order entry, cash handling, and guest satisfaction
Hosts:
~Create the first and last impression; manage flow of seating and guest communication
Bussers/Expos:
~Support service operations by clearing, resetting, running food, and maintaining dining room flow
~Ensure timely delivery and perfect presentation of dishes
