Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Exempt Position, annual salary is: $85k

Summary of Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates activities of the maintenance staff engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of assigned developments by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Schedules and provides training to maintenance staff.
· Ensures all maintenance staff is trained properly.
· Directs workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
· Coordinate scheduling of the Maintenance Staff on a weekly basis, after receiving maintenance requests from scattered sites, schedule with the Maintenance Team repairs as necessary.
· Ensures sites have proper inventory tools, equipment, and supplies.
· Inspect and supervise completed work for conformance to Barker Management Incorporated specifications, and standards.
· Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
· Interprets Barker Management Incorporated, policies to Maintenance Team and enforces safety regulations.
· Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
· Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
· Confers with Regional Manager to determine priority of job scheduling.
· Inspects building prior to government agency, lender, investor or other scheduled inspections and make recommendations to Supervisor on maintenance issues.
· Reviews jobs in the field to determine scope of work.
