As a Desk Clerk at Bark Place, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your day-to-day duties will include greeting and assisting customers, managing schedules, and helping to keep our facility organized. You’ll also assist in directing and caring for our canine guests, which may include some kennel work.

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities. Whether it’s answering questions from pet parents or lending a hand with hands-on tasks, you’ll be an integral part of our team.

We’re looking for someone who embodies the values of Bark Place and brings the following to the table:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A natural leader who can follow directions and take initiative.
• Comfort interacting with both people and pets (experience with dogs is a plus, but not required).
• Willingness to work on some holidays and take on a variety of tasks as needed.
