Responsibilities
- Handle materials safely, including loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished products in accordance with materials handling protocols.
- Understand and effectively use scales and weighing equipment to account for material.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure cleanliness, proper functioning, and adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Learn and operate plant equipment such as grinding, sifting and screening tools.
- Properly document and maintain inventory.
- Assist with packaging operations, ensuring products are correctly labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, process deviations, and quality checks.
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, forklift operation, and movement of raw materials or finished goods.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment; experience of proper operation of scales is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred.
- Ability to learn new roles and communicate with others in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
