What You'll Do
You'll Help Cultivate Quality Throughout Our Production Process By
- Performing inspections, audits, and in-process checks to ensure food safety and compliance
- Collecting samples and conducting lab tests, including cook quality, dimensions, coding, and more
- Monitoring sanitation practices, GMPs, and foreign material controls
- Reviewing records and releasing (or holding) product based on results
- Investigating quality issues and supporting corrective actions
- Partnering with production teams to keep quality rooted in every step of the process
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience (food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Basic math skills and comfort working with data
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Pay
$21.53 per hour
