As a Food Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in safely and efficiently packaging food products while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Position Overview
As a Food Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in safely and efficiently packaging food products while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to meet production goals
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and food safety standards
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records for packaging runs and production counts
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
- Support a collaborative environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food production preferred (not required—we’ll train the right holiday helper!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Dependability and a positive attitude
