Spring Into a New Opportunity - Maintenance Supervisor Needed!Ready to grow your career this spring? Join our team at our Avon plant as a Food Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor and help keep our production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Lead maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Manage equipment projects from planning through installation and startup
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety
- Coach, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Partner with production to solve problems and improve performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards
- 3 years of maintenance leadership (or 5 years progressive experience)
- Strong technical skills: electrical, mechanical, PLCs, VFDs, welding
- Experience with equipment installation and commissioning
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Degree in a related field (Engineering preferred)

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually with bonus potential
