Compensation Starting Pay Range: $68,437.50 - $91,250.00 Annually The Senior Sales Representative oversees the daily sales activities pertaining to building contracts, meeting with clients, writing sales reports, and marketing company products and services. Position includes travel to the client’s location for initial review of layout, administering contracts, and revenue analysis of new proposals as well as modifications to existing contracts. The Senior Sales Representative will also be responsible for procuring new sales leads through a variety of measures, including but not limited to, door-to-door, cold calling, trade shows, events/outings, and more. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients and prospects by coordinating communications as it relates to projects, opportunities, and other progression strategies. Dedicate to following through with potential sales leads via cold calling, phone, email, or through in person communication. Register and organize setup for local trade shows. Including but not limited to setting up display station, and coordinating follow-up with generated leads. Measure all potential storage spaces and create Visio layouts to be submitted as part of the proposal process. Negotiate the terms of Lease agreements while maintaining achievement of business goals and metrics. Work with the teams in the field to confirm layout plans and maintain open communication with the client on any changes or necessary adjustments. Be the point of contact for client inquiries and work towards client resolution in cases of escalated issues. Must be able to attend networking events and other organized gatherings. Generate and maintain agreements with clients who work with various NYC Affordable Housing programs. Understand and be able to speak to the costs of business, including installation, management, and other applicable costs. Work with all Bargold Managers, Supers, Porters, etc., to achieve Bargold's maintenance Objectives (address water problems, leaks, obstacles in aisles, etc.) Performs other duties as required. Skills and Qualifications: 4 years experience in a sales position preferred Fluency in Spanish highly preferred. Knowledge of NYC affordable housing programs preferred. Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
