Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete daily maintenance of the property.
- Must be HVAC certified with on the job experience
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and building structures.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize future issues.
- Assist with unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as in maintenance, preferably in a multi-family housing setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
