Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete daily maintenance of the property.
• Must be HVAC certified with on the job experience
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and building structures.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize future issues.
• Assist with unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as in maintenance, preferably in a multi-family housing setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
