Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to create an attractive shopping environment.
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions promptly and resolving issues professionally.
- Assist with e-commerce orders and coordinate online inquiries to ensure seamless shopping experiences across platforms.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking and merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
