Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage online resale listings across various platforms, including creating engaging product descriptions and uploading high-quality images
• Price items competitively by analyzing market trends and utilizing retail math skills to maximize profit margins
• Conduct product demos via live video or photos to showcase item features and quality to potential buyers
• Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing stock, updating listings regularly, and ensuring accurate inventory records
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or messaging with professional phone etiquette, providing prompt and friendly assistance
• Upsell additional products or accessories during interactions to increase sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate cash handling records during transactions and ensure secure processing of payments

Qualifications

• Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems or cashiering is highly desirable
• Demonstrated supervising experience in retail or customer service settings is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customers
• Strong communication skills with a friendly phone manner and excellent customer service aptitude
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques within a grocery store or similar environment
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and setting up product displays
• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is advantageous
