Overview
We at Barga Heating, AC & Refrigeration, Inc. are seeking a dedicated and professional full time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming environment by greeting customers, answering phone calls, work with schedules, excel worksheets, customer accounts & filing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced HVAC environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage calendar appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Perform data entry and maintain computerized records accurately.
- Provide support with QuickBooks for billing and invoicing as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail, especially in proofreading documents and managing files effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
