Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow audience and improve engagement.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with online communities and internal teams.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to plan and craft compelling, brand-aligned posts.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook) and their analytics tools.
- Ability to translate brand concepts such as environment, design, and storytelling into visual and written content.
- Basic graphic design or content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) are beneficial.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, schedules, and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Prior experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands is a plus.
- Open to entry-level applicants as well.
- ~10 hours/week (opportunity for more hours if desired).
- Commission-only role — no base pay
- Earn a percentage of ALL sales made during your contract period, not just those directly tied to social media growth
