Position Summary

This is initially a 1099 Commission-Based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role with benefits after 6–12 months, based on performance, sales growth, and mutual fit.

- Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, environmental, clinical, and industrial laboratories
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Schedule customer meetings and presentations
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with technical service engineers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent SymetrixLabAI professionally at customer sites and industry events

- ICP-MS Service
- Laboratory Equipment Repair
- Instrument Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)

- 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Laboratory, scientific, or analytical instrument sales experience

- Comfortable working independently

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
