Summit BHC New Mexico CTC is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in person and by phone
• Answer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments and manage front-desk operations
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks
