Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Dallas, TX. The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of landscape design and maintenance projects. Duties include coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets, communicating with clients regarding progress, and maintaining high professional standards. The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all projects meet quality and efficiency expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication
- Proficiency in Project Management, including timeline oversight and budget tracking
- Knowledge of Landscape Design, Horticulture, and Construction processes
- Capability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in sales or account management within the landscaping industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
